To briefly highlight the main points:

  1. 1. It is necessary to change the forced position of the body every 40-45 minutes;
  2. 2. Listen to your body, if in any of the positions (sitting/standing) you feel discomfort, you should check the condition of your body. Most often, pain in any part of the body signals problems in the opposite part. So, for example, a problem with the knee on the left leg can make itself felt in the right shoulder. If you have ever had surgery and/or a fracture, break, after which you did not undergo proper rehabilitation, there is a high probability that this must be done now. Even operations such as appendicitis, hernia removal, etc., can affect body asymmetry.
  3. Change the support! If in a sitting position you have a habit of leaning on a particular hand, try to constantly alternate with the opposite one, stand on your favorite supporting leg – alternate!

Listen to your body – it will tell you how it is better or that it is time to go through it.
